The Death Watch Could Be a Morbid Smartwatch App

Get some perspective… on your wrist

tikker death watch

I’ll go ahead and start off by saying that this Death Watch is not a smartwatch, but this Firebox product is something that we will see in smartwatch apps. Granted, its idea could be used on a smartphone, but if you want to have something timing down until your death, it should be on a watch.

Yes, you heard me correctly. This Death Watch is able to count down to your death. Of course, it doesn’t guarantee that you will die when the counter hits zero, but it takes the user’s geographic location, age, as well as other health and lifestyle questions into account. So then it must somehow with this calculation and counts down from there.

I just can’t help but think of the video for the song “Savin’ Me” by Nickleback. If you aren’t familiar with it, it is about a guy who is saved by a stranger on the street. This guy then gets the stranger’s ability to see when someone will die by seeing an odd timer above them. These timers are counting down to zero, and then they die. Check out the video so you can see how it ends.

If you want to see if this watch will countdown to your death accurately, head down to the Firebox site and lay down £50.00/$81.19.
