Vector Watch Released

It should be known that there is a big watch event that is known as Baselworld, and its most recent one was last March 19-26, 2015. It is located in the watch capital of the world in Switzerland, and the next time it will occur will be March 17-24, 2016.

Vector, a company founded by the former Timex CEO Joe Santana, made their debut at Baselworld with some very cool smartwatches with the Luna and Meridian. These two Vector smartwatches will be out in September, and they look pretty good.

Just to let you know, the Meridian and the Luna don’t have touchscreen displays. You heard me right, there isn’t any touchscreen, but it does have a Memory LCD along with three buttons along its side to navigate the watch.

What makes it interesting is that the Luna and the Meridian don’t run on iOS or Android Wear, but they have their own custom Operating System, but they also play nicely with those operating systems, not to mention Windows.

It is good to see this custom OS that can do all of these things, and these watches also come with a battery that promises 30 days of battery life.

The pricing of the watches are $199 for the Vector Meridian and the Vector Luna for just $349.
